| Langley Chiefs: Chiefs Commitment |
The Langley Chiefs are pleased to announce the commitment of defenseman Tim Daly to attend St. Cloud State University in the 2010-2011 hockey season. Daly, who has had an impressive weak after being named to the list of 2010 NHL Draft prospects on Monday said the St. Cloud was the right choice for him at the right time.
“We knew when Tim came to the team he was going to be highly sought after by both schools and the NHL,” Associate Coach and Associate General Manager Barry Wolff explained, “so we knew it wouldn’t take long, but we are very happy to know we will have him this year and next and he’ll have a chance to really show what he’s capable of as a Chief.”
The Maple Ridge product has already proven a valuable asset on the point for Langley this year with 9 points so far. On behalf of the entire Langley Chiefs organization we would like to wish Tim all the best and congratulate him on his achievement. For any comments or questions, please feel free to contact Jared Harman in the Chiefs office at any time.
